Certainly, the death protection imbuement is one of the most used in the game, but there is a problem on many servers: the necessary items to create this protection are lacking.
Of the 3 different items used in this imbuement, only 2 of them often have a high value: Gloom Wolf Fur and Flask of Embalming Fluid. Regarding the first, there is still no alternative source for these items, and the only way to obtain them is through the scarce Gloom Wolves. But the second item has alternative and easy sources, and this post aims to help spread this knowledge.
In addition to being obtained by killing mummies, there is a place in the game where you can get them from a chest. The location in question is accessible through the death element portal in the Forgotten Knowledge Quest (here). If it’s your first time entering the location, first deliver 50 Pelvis Bones to the NPC Albinius to unlock your access. Inside that area, head south until you find the first staircase, after going down, you'll find the chest in the northeast corner of the small room (here), Remember that there is a warlock in this area, which is a risk factor for lower-level players.
When you click on the chest, you will receive 5 Flasks of Embalming Fluid, and the cooldown (time to use it again) is 10 hours. Therefore, with a single character, you can easily obtain 10 of these items per day, which will make your imbuement easier or provide you with some additional profit if you're interested.
